Mr Gerald Leach,
Climate Change Working Group
National Farmers Federation

Mr Gerald Leach is Chair of the National Farmers’ Federation’s Climate Change Working Group. He also chairs the NFF’s Land and Native Vegetation Taskforce and represents the organization on issues relating to the Environmental Stewardship Program. Raised on an irrigation property in the Sunraysia district of Victoria, he has spent his working life as a dryland farmer at Walpeup in the Mallee region. The family operated property integrates cereal cropping and livestock grazing, producing wheat, barley, oats, wool and prime lamb production.
